Shipping
In-stock orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of settled payment. Items not in stock are made to order and require an additional 2-4 week delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the availability of your order. Items are shipped using three shipping options: USPS Standard, USPS Priority, and USPS Express. "Free Shipping" promotions are for USPS Standard shipping only. Please e-mail endurejewelryco@gmail.com if you have any special shipping requests.
Email Addresses
When a visitor gives us their email address, or sends us email correspondence, we retain their email address. We do not share our email lists with third parties for marketing purposes. We use email addresses to communicate with you regarding your orders and other matters regarding transactions between us or your customer relationship with us. We may also use your email address to share information about Endure Jewelry Company's products and services that may be of interest to you.

We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number).

Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will be used to contact a customer in the event of an issue regarding online orders or refund transactions. In the event a visitor does not want to receive telephone calls, they may add a note to their online purchase for a request to be contacted by email.

Return Policy:
Exchanges & Return your purchase in original condition within 5 business days for a full refund less any applicable shipping charges. Returns made after 5 business days and before 90 days from purchase will be accepted less a 20% re-stocking fee which covers re-polishing and re-finishing the product for resale. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from purchase. If a product arrives broken or damaged Endure Jewelry Company must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please notify via email to endurejewelryco@gmail.com. Please note: 14K Gold, 18K Gold, or personalized and special order products are not returnable. Please e-mail us at endurejewelryco@gmail.com and enter "Return" in the subject line. Please describe the reason for the return as well as the purchase date, your name, phone number, mailing address, and item description. Please include in the return package a copy of the original receipt and invoice number. If you do not have the original packing slip please include the product information, your name, address and phone number and reason for return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund please include the last four digits of your credit card number and expiration date that you used for the purchase.
