What is your jewelry made of?
We use tarnish-resistant sterling silver when we make our jewelry. The chains that we use are made my a third party and can be made of sterling silver or tarnish-resistant argentium silver depending on availability. All of our jewelry is stamped with .925 to show that it is genuine sterling silver. We also make any of our designs with 14K gold, 18K gold, 19K gold, and even platinum upon request. 

What type of shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS. We offer Priority and Express Shipping at an extra cost. 

How long does it take to receive my jewelry?
If the item you order is in stock, we will ship it out within one week. If the item you order is not in stock, it takes approximately 2-4 weeks to ship. 

Can I customize or personalize Endure jewelry?
You can e-mail customer service to request a custom jewelry item. We also have an option for personalized engraving on our website in certain designs.

We have a number of retail locations and we also travel around the country to different events.
